ASF smokers come with a cut out on the firebox door to allow your fire to release harmful carcinogens, but some people feel there is too much opening and would rather use the stainless firebox handle with vent adjustment to more precisely control their burn. This plate will easily attach to cover the door cut outs with included rivets.
